PRAINAM has teamed up many professional chefs who all have Tonnam thai kitchen’s DNA who has the same dreams and passions to share people about the precise art form of Thai dishes, the indigenous knowledge, secret recipes, unknown and forgotten ingredients and delightful mystery of Thai taste. Which is co-owned by Oakar Reinstein and Brian Vongdarunee and Kasamaporn "Masi".

Our Kitchen Chef, Brian, who has their own bold cooking style for unique Thai taste and graduated in culinary arts from the States, has been searching for inspirations, traveling and exploring the way local is from the way local eats throughout Thailand, nearby countries and around the world.
